“Verification” refers to the process WTD uses to confirm the accuracy and authenticity of submitted information.
“Subscription” refers to paid or free membership plans available on the platform.
- Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, submitting a listing, or purchasing any subscription or service on WTD, you agree to these Terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
- Platform Purpose
WTD is an online directory designed to:

Promote transparency, credibility, and visibility for both companies and individuals.
Allow users to submit listings, apply for verification, and subscribe to additional features or visibility packages.
- User Responsibilities
By using WTD, you agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and truthful information in your listing or profile.
Keep your information updated at all times.
Accept that false, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in removal or permanent suspension.
Take full responsibility for the content you upload, including text, images, and links.
Ensure you have the necessary rights or permissions for all material submitted.
- Verification Process
Verification may include document checks, business registration validation, and manual review.
WTD reserves the right to approve, deny, or revoke verification at its sole discretion.
Verified status does not guarantee the performance, integrity, or legitimacy of a business or person beyond what has been validated.
- Listing Approval and Moderation
All listings are reviewed before publication.
Review and approval may take up to 7 business days.
WTD reserves the right to edit, decline, or remove any listing that:
Violates these Terms
Contains inappropriate or offensive content
Misrepresents identity, credentials, or services
- Subscriptions and Payments
Subscription options include free and paid tiers (monthly or annual).
Fees are charged according to the plan selected.
Payments are processed securely through approved third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe, LemonSqueezy).
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Refunds are not provided for partially used periods.
- Intellectual Property
All content, logos, design, and branding of WTD are the property of World Trust Directory.
You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute WTD content without written consent.
You retain rights to your own uploaded materials but grant WTD a non-exclusive license to display, promote, or distribute your listing on the platform.
- Limitation of Liability
WTD does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any listing. We are not liable for:
Any damages, losses, or disputes arising from use of the platform
Any interaction, transaction, or agreement between users and third parties
Any downtime, errors, or service interruptions
All users use the platform at their own risk.

- Suspension or Termination
